Imprint Methods

Here is list of the different imprint methods that we have available to be used on our gloves.

Note: Not all gloves allow all of these methods. See the individual glove page to see which imprint methods are available.

Heat Transfer
A non-toxic wax imprint is transferred to the gloves by heat and pressure. Used on suede leather and fabric. Washable & durable. There must be separation between each color with a heat transfer. Up to three colors.

Silkscreen Transfer
A transfer is made using a silkscreen method and applied to the glove by heat and pressure. Stretches, washable & durable. Up to three colors. Used primarily on knit gloves.

Pad Print
A special pad is applied to the gloves using a non-toxic ink. Choose one color only. Stock colors include yellow, white, red, royal blue, blue, green, brown and black. Many more colors available.

Digital Transfer
A transfer is made using a special CMYK printer and then applied to the gloves by heat and pressure. Stretches without cracking, washable & durable. A four-color process logo for only one set-up charge!

Branded
A design is burned into leather using heat and pressure. No color is added with branding. Used on grain and suede leather only. Also called embossing.

Embroidered Patch
A stitched design is produced into a patch. The patch is heat pressed onto the glove for a permanent seal.  Includes 9 colors & up to 100% embroidery coverage.  This is a great way to get that beautiful professional embroidered look & feel for a low price.

Embroidered Applique
This offers generally 100% embroidery coverage and up to 9 embroidery colors. With heat seal backing, the polyester based thermoplastic adhesive heat seal backing allows for permanent bonding to most materials.
Design Shapes Available: We can make any shape via our laser cut method.
Embroidery Detail: Small text, fine details, and gradient colors are difficult to reproduce with embroidery. We do not recommend lettering any smaller than 3/16” top to bottom in size.
Color Match: We match PMS / Pantone colors as close as possible using our twill and thread colors.

DTF (Direct to Film) Transfers

DTF (Direct to Film) Transfers offer a unique printing process where full-color artwork is printed onto a film using a high-quality printer. Subsequently, the artwork is transferred onto an item through heat and pressure. DTF transfers are specifically printed in CMYK, and any artwork initially in RGB or Pantone will undergo conversion to CMYK during the printing process. Please note that an exact color match is not guaranteed due to the color mode conversion.
