At PromotionalGloves.com, we want your ordering experience to be smooth and stress-free. This FAQ covers everything from how to place an order and shipping timelines to logo requirements, sample requests, and more. Q: Tell me a little bit about your company.
A: At PromotionalGloves.com, we have a passion for branded gloves. We help businesses stay memorable with custom gloves that promote your brand.

Q: How can I order?
A: You can order by selecting the gloves you want from our website and uploading your logo during checkout. We'll follow up with a proof before production.  You can also contact us if you wish for a formal quote.  If you then decided to place an order we can send you an invoice from Stripe to pay online.

Q: Do you have stock?
A: Yes, but availability can vary. Please let us know the style name or product code, and we’ll confirm current inventory.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  We also accept payments via Link, Klarna, After Pay, Cash App and Amazon Pay.  We also allow wire transfers and payments by check.  Paying by check will delay your order until we are able to receive it and verify funds.   For some corporate accounts we allow payment terms of 30 days, but this requires a credit check.

Q: Which areas do you deliver to?  What are your shipping costs.
A: We deliver nationwide across the USA.  All orders receive free ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Please view our shipping policies here

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We can ship internationally, but please contact us for a custom quote and availability.

Q: Can I see what my gloves will look like before ordering?
A: Yes! Email your logo in a vector format, and we’ll send you a digital mockup for approval.  If you don't have it in vector format, please send us the cleanest version of the logo that you have available.

Q: Can I order less than the minimum quantity listed?
A: No, we are unable to make less than the listed minimum due to printing and production constraints.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard production time is 10 business days after proof approval, plus shipping time.  Rush service is usually available.  Reach out to us about your specific requirements for your in-hands date and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.

Q: Is rush available?
A: Yes, rush production is available on many items for an additional fee. Contact us for specific timelines and pricing.

Q: Can I get a sample of a glove before I order?
A: Yes! You can order samples from our website to test fit and quality.  They usually contain a logo on them from a previous order, so this will also allow you to better visualize how your logo will appear on the glove.

Q: Can I order a glove sample with my logo on it before ordering a full run?
A: Yes, this is called a spec sample. Pricing varies depending on the glove style and setup required.  Please reach out to us for more information on pricing and availability.

Q: What format do I need to send you my logo in?
A: We require a vector format (e.g., .AI, .EPS, or vector PDF) for printing your logo cleanly and accurately.  If you don't have this format, please send us your clearest and cleanest version of your logo and we can almost always work with it.

Q: Can I have the imprint on the glove fingers?   
A: No, we are unable to print on the finger area.

Q: Can I have one logo on one hand and a different logo on the other hand?   
A: Yes! There will be a second setup fee plus a run charge per pair. Let us know the glove and we can let you know the exact pricing.

Q: Can I get this glove in a different color than what is listed?   
A: Some of our gloves have different colors available, but if it is not listed on our website then it is not available, unless you want to have it custom made, which has a high minimum order requirement, depending on the glove.  Please reach out to us if you have a custom colored glove requirement.

Q: Can I get a custom made glove that I don’t see on your website.   
A: Yes, but we have a high minimum quantity required. Please contact us with your details and we will be happy to let you know the quantity, pricing and delivery time.

Q: Can I get different glove sizes than what is listed for a particular glove?   
A: No, unless you want to do a custom made glove order.  Please contact us with your details and we will be happy to let you know the quantity, pricing and delivery time.

Q: Can I become a reseller?
A: Yes, we are always looking to build long-term business relationships with others interested in selling our gloves and other prom products.  Reach out to us with details on how to get set up.
