• Outside of the United States: We only ship outside of the USA if you supply us with your shipping company.  All shipping, duties and taxes are taken care of you and the shipping company that you choose.

• Estimated delivery date is determined after proof approval.  Delaying of proof approval will delay your shipping date and thus your delivery date.
