GENERAL POLICIES, ORDERING INFORMATION & TERMS & CONDITIONS

To Place An Order
Purchase orders must but submitted in writing, and will not be accepted by phone. Purchase order information must be complete before production will be scheduled. Item, item color & description, imprint color(s), quantity, art, in hand date, ship to address & shipping method are all necessary for a purchase order to be considered complete. Any proofs (if required) must be approved prior to production.

All orders should be proof read prior to submission. PromotionalGloves.com is not responsible for spelling errors, handwritten orders, conflicting information on style number and product description, and/or production of less than true camera-ready art.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. PromotionalGloves.com reserves the right to refuse any order.

Samples: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of samples ordered.  Typically we limit it to 3, but can make exceptions based on certain conditions.  Contact us for more information.

Faxed Orders
Due to rough transmissions, faxed orders or changes to orders may be difficult to read. PromotionalGloves.com is not responsible for any copy misinterpreted when received by fax. Providing confirmation of this information by email is recommended to prevent misinterpretation of copy.

Production Time
Production time begins after receipt of a complete purchase order, including approved artwork, confirmation that ship date is within an acceptable lead time, and pre-payment or establishment/extension of payment terms. Production time for most products is 10 business days unless specified. Production time may vary by product and season. Call or email us to confirm current production time estimates.

Electronic Artwork
Electronic artwork is strongly recommended for the best quality imprint. All graphic files should be submitted in a vector-based format. MAC file names must be appended with the correct file extension.

Artwork generated in the following software programs is accepted:

Preferred: Adobe® Illustrator® files saved in AI, EPS, or PDF format with all text turned to outline. Artwork created in any other program will be imported into Illustrator®. Please prepare artwork files accordingly.

Also Accepted: Acrobat® PDF (Press Quality); Adobe® Photoshop® files saved in TIFF, PSD or EPS formats, 300 dpi or higher.

If artwork does not meet specifications, an Art Fee will be charged based on the amount of time needed to bring up to specifications. Prices will vary. Call for details. File may be sent on a CD or USB drive via mail or via email. Please reference purchase order number in the subject line of email. When emailing revised artwork, please mark it as “REVISED” in subject line.

Typesetting
Unless specifically instructed, PromotionalGloves.com reserves the right to re-arrange copy. Copy will be set in standard copy format unless specific instructions are provided with the order. If a specific type style is required, the font name must be specified on purchase order.

Accepted Forms of Payment & Credit Terms
PromotionalGloves.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express.

Returns
Custom imprinted merchandise may not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error. In the rare case of factory error, PromotionalGloves.com reserves the right to choose whether to remake the merchandise or refund the net price of the defective product.  Returns must have prior approval or return shipment will be refused. Returns over 30 days old will not be accepted. 

Refunds
Once your return has been shipped to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.  You will receive a full refund to your credit card at that time.  We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.

Changes & Cancellations
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without prior approval from PromotionalGloves.com. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. In addition to $50.00 cancellation fee, customer will be required to pay for any and all work completed, factory expenses, and/or product costs incurred at the time of cancellation. Any and all changes to orders are subject to prior approval and must be submitted in writing. Changes will not be accepted once a product has been imprinted or on the day an order is scheduled to ship. PromotionalGloves.com may assess a fee of $25.00 for changes to an order after it has been received and processed.

Over/Under-Runs
While we try to ship exact quantity orders, PromotionalGloves may ship over-runs or under-runs; We may be able to supply exact quantity orders on request. Please call or email to verify if exact quantity orders are available for your order.

Repeat Orders
Depending on how much time has passed since your original order no set up charge will be assessed on repeat orders with unchanged artwork when the previous purchase order number is specified on the new order. Please call or email to verify if there is a setup charge on your repeat order. Due to variations in inks, materials, and press runs, colors may not match previous orders exactly. We are not responsible for colors not matching previous runs.

Split Shipments
Shipments going to more than one location might be be charged an additional fee destination. Please call or email to determine if there will be any split shipment fees with your order.

Fax/Email Proofs
We send out proofs with every order, but depending on the product there may be a charge for Email and fax proofs. Please contact us by phone or email to determine if there will be any proof charges. Allow 2-3 working days for proof.

When proof is requested on purchase order, order will not go into production until proof approval has been received. PromotionalGloves.com disclaims any and all liability for shipments delayed by customer’s late/delayed proof approval.

PMS Color Matching
There are various charges for PMS color matching, depending on the product chosen. Please contact us to determine your PMS color matching costs. PANTONE Matching System (PMS) number must be specified on purchase order. PMS color matching not available on all products. Due to variations in inks and raw materials, some matches are not possible.

Copy/Color Changes
Change of ad copy and/or imprint color may be subject to a $25.00 charge per change.

Art Appearance
PromotionalGloves.com is not responsible for detecting errors in customer supplied art/copy. PromotionalGloves.com assumes no liability for how the art or imprint “appears” on a product unless a production sample has been requested and approved.

Unless otherwise instructed, PromotionalGloves.com reserves the right to rearrange copy or changed specified type styles or type sizes for best appearance and/or to meet factory printing specifications. Layout will be followed as closely as possible.

Shipping
Unless specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground on our account.

Ship weights specified on our website and by phone or email are estimates only. PromotionalGloves.com will not responsible for variations between actual ship weight and freight estimates.

All orders should specify a firm "in-hands" date if one is needed, including shipping method. If shipping method is not specified, PromotionalGloves.com reserves the right to ship via expedited or overnight service, at customer’s expense, to meet the date.

PromotionalGloves.com does not guarantee delivery by any freight carrier. Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. PromotionalGloves.com is not responsible for freight charges incurred on special shipping methods, extra charges due to dimensional weight, or charges for address changes caused by incorrect information on purchase orders.

Products and shipments from countries other then the United States can be delayed by acts of God, force majeure, holidays, weather, government agencies, customs, security, freight delays and many other issues outside the control of PromotionalGloves.com. PromotionalGloves.com does not guarantee any shipdates due to the above named issues. Shipments from outside the United States are subject to applicable duty and custom clearance fees and charges.

Samples
Please provide an account number if the request is to be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Unless otherwise specified, UPS and FedEx shipments will be shipped via standard ground service. All sample requests must be submitted in writing via email or fax, and will not be accepted over the phone. If you don't have a UPS or FedEx account number you will be charged a $15 shipping and handling fee for your sample.

Limited Liability
Disclaimer of Liability: PromotionalGloves.com disclaims any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. In no event shall PromotionalGloves.com be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential or special damages of any kind, including, but not limited to lost revenue or profits, regardless of the type of action, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if PromotionalGloves.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the product price.

Art Compliance
PromotionalGloves.com assumes no liability for trademark and copyright infringements on customer supplied artwork. Material submitted is assumed to be in compliance with applicable laws. Customer agrees to hold harmless and defend PromotionalGloves.com against all costs and expenses as a result of any legal action, including reasonable attorney fees and expenses.

Rights to Promotion
Unless indicated on purchase order at time of order and in writing, PromotionalGloves.com reserves the right to use any items produced in displays, advertisements, catalogs, brochures and other promotional uses.

Website and Online Sample Photos
PromotionalGloves.com has tried to match exact colors and imprint areas in the representation of our products. However, actual product color may differ slightly from the ones listed on our website due to color reproduction on various computer monitors. If clarification of product specifications or color is needed, please request a sample. The artwork, designs, and trademarks displayed on this website and online are shown only as representative examples of the type of imprinted products available, and are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, designs or trademarks.
